Order confirmation

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

These timelines are estimates only. Delays outside our control are not grounds for cancellation.

Customs and taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Liability

All parcels are shipped at the customer’s risk. Please check your package on arrival. Any damage caused during transport should be reported directly to the carrier within 48 hours.

Returns

Faunty’s collection is built on unique, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces. Because of this, our items are final sale and cannot be returned for reasons such as fit, minor imperfections, or a change of mind.

Every item is carefully listed with detailed descriptions, and any notable imperfections are clearly noted in the product information.

We only consider returns if an item has been misrepresented or incorrectly described. If you believe this applies to your order, please email info@faunty.com within 2 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Delivery times are an estimate. Faunty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. Once an order has been sent, Faunty is not responsible for loss or damage although we do work with our customers to make sure that this does not happen.

Customs and import fees vary depending on country and are the responsibility of the customer. Fauntleroy works to make sure fees are the lowest possible for our customers.
